The album form of Paph.
kolopakingii was introduced in AOSP ( Associaao Orchid Dfila
de Sao Paulo ) Orchid exposition held in Brazil from 6th to 8th,.
Dec. 2002. In this show, over 300 different orchids were displayed.
The color of flowers of Paph. kolopakingii was green with
darker green-yellow stripes and whose staminode is yellow too.
This flower was awarded the first place in exotic category. The
owner is Mr. Cao Ta Chung who grows many Paphiopedilums in Brazil.
He talked about this plant as follows. This plant was grown and
made by the owner in symbiotic method from a normal form of Paph.
kolopakingii. This was a lucky, only six plants developed
and one is this one.
